Brief Answer:
Interpretation of the ecg is S. Tachycardia . Rest is withen normal limit

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX I am Dr . Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
I went through the Ecg attached and it seems to be withen normal limits except the rate being on the higher side resulting in sinus tachycardia. Mostly the reason for the same would be her anxiety of going through the test .
I would still request to keep on checking the pulse generally when she is at rest .
The other causes of tachycardia like fever , lower hemoglobin ( anemia ) , thyroid issues should be ruled out .
The T wave inversion in 1 avl are mostly secondary to tachycardia and would normalise when an Ekg is taken when the pulse is withen nomral limits .
Let me know if any other advice needed and I would be happy to help .
