Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Medicines and Physiotherapy/Surgery is last resort.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have gone through the attachments which you have uploaded.Your mother is having 'degenerative spine' with predominant involvement in cervical(C4-C5,C6-C7) and lumbar spine(L4-L5). For now, she should be put on medicines(antineuralgics like pregabalin, gabapentin, duloxetine along with calcium/vitamin D and methylcobalamin supplementation). At the same time,it is crucial for her to do regular spinal exercises. She should be instructed by a good physiotherapist.
If medicines and physiotherapy does not improve the symptoms, surgery is the last report in such cases.
Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
