Brief Answer:
Twin pregnacy with one non viable G sac

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It is a twin pregnancy with one non viable G sac. The second G sac B is normal if the cardiac activity is present at the gestation of 7W 5d.
The non viable G sac will disappear with time and will not interfere with the growth of second fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
