Brief Answer:
She may require c-section.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
As her USG report is normal the chances of normal delivery is there.
But if baby movements are less then c-section may also require.
The reason for c-section in less baby movements to prevent baby to go in hypoxia, brain damage and other complications.
She should keep watch on baby movements three times in a day.
Have some sugar or glucose which may increased baby movements.
Drink a lot of water, juices, soups etc.
Consume high protein diet.
Immediately contact your treating doctor if baby movements are less.
Sleep in a left lateral position, avoid strenuous work and exercise, do some yoga and meditation, walking is also beneficial.
These measures increase the chances of normal delivery.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
