What Do My Widal Test Reports Indicate?
Question: my widal test reports.
S.Typhi O antigen< titre 1:20 dilution
S.Typhi H antigen< titre 1:20 dilution
S. ParaThphi AH antigen< titre 1:20 dilution
S. ParaThphi BH antigen< titre 1:20 dilution
S.Typhi O antigen< titre 1:20 dilution

I understand your concern and situation.
As per reports you are not having typhoid fever as your titres are too low. The titers must be high to say infection. These low titer as in your case is found in almost every one in the community. So if you are having fever the cause could be something else other than typhoid. But I would suggest you to get the tests repeat after 2 weeks.

Hi
I would suggest you to get complete haemogram, NS1 and IgM antibody test for dengue, malaria smear and card test and blood culture done. It appears she has viral fever. Most of the time fever is self limiting and resolve in a week. You just need to give paracetamol, probiotic and antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice daily can be given. Do cold water sponging when high fever. Give protein rich balanced diet with multivitamins.
