What Do My X-ray Reports Indicate?

Question: can any one explain me the difference of all the three x rays as posted I am completed tubercular lymphadentis treatment and here is my three x rays
first dated11/11/2017 and second on 1/2/2017 and third on 29/04/2017 the third one is complete course x ray
