What Do My Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Six weeks ago I began experiencing extreme fatigue. I went to my PCP and he ordered blood tests. Results indicated I had an elevated D-Dimer reading of 675. I then had a chest x-ray and CT scan of my chest. Those tests did not show anything extraordinary.
I then had another blood test a week later, which showed a D-Dimer reader of 575. I then had a stress test done with the XXXXXXX inserted in my veins. Those tests did not reveal anything extraordinary.
I have no swelling or pains in my legs; nor do I have any other symptoms. I would categorize the fatigue as extreme, though it does seem to come and go periodically.
My PCP now wants me to see a rheumatologist.
Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Need to know about your other blood reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
I need to know what you mean by extreme fatigue. Means what kind of activities which you were able to do before is now difficult to do.
There are many causes of fatigue. Common causes are Anemia, Vitamin D or B deficiency, Liver problems, Kidney problems or certain rheumatological problems.
I need to know what other blood tests were done to you and their reports.
Also do let me know if you have any other problems like breathing difficulty or joint pains or any other compliants.

Dr. Divakara:
By extreme fatigue, I mean no physical energy at all; sluggishness, feeling of heaviness overall. I literally have to force myself to get ready to go to work. It definitely is not sleepiness, but just a lethargic heaviness over my entire body.
I do have a printout of all 35 items tested during the blood tests I referred to earlier. The only other item which had a high reading was Carbon Dioxide Level (33 mmol/l). If I knew how to forward you the results I would.
With regard to other problems, I do have COPD and my breathing has been a little more labored than usual. But, before I developed this fatigue, I went to the gym every other day and spent 45 minutes on an elliptical machine. So the COPD is not a major issue at present.
Also, I have had no joint pain or swelling.
