Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Good morning.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
Noted the history and the given lab results.
Normal TSH values range from 0.4 - 4.0 milli-international units per liter (mIU/L).
Your TSH is HIGH which is suggestive of hypothyroidism.
I would like to ask a few questions to assess your problem properly so as to give some suggestions:
1. For how long you have been having this problem?
2. Do you suffer from constipation, cold intolerance, weight gain, fatigue, dry skin, sleepiness, etc?
3. Do you take any medication? If yes, kindly provide the details?
Awaiting your reply.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Thanks for your reply.
In hypothryoidism the accumulation of fluid in the tissues exert pressure on peripheral nerves resulting in peripheral neuropathy (inflamed nerve around the ankle in your case) causing pain, burning sensation or numbness.
Since you have less thyroid hormones, so you need to take thyroid hormone replacement in the form of Levothyroxine tablets. Since this a prescription medication I therefore advise you to consult a doctor for the prescription and other lab tests such as CBC, serum cholesterol level, etc.
Beside you should do reqular exercise and maintain a healthy weight which can help to minimize stress on your body.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful to you.
Best regards.
