Brief Answer:
It indicates infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
In this report TLC is high 13200 (normal is 4000 to 11000),polymorps are more than normal and ESR is high, this indicates infection in child.
Also, the child has fever and cough which means that the child most probably has definite infection and antibiotic needs to be started.
In my opinion, you should give syrup paracetamol for fever and a cough syrup.
Also antibiotic like amoxyclav needs to be started.
However, since this is a prescription medicine, I advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
