Brief Answer:
The blood test indicate high neutrophils
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for question.
The blood test indicate high neutrophils. Commonly it indicates bacterial infection.
But would like to know any associated complaints along with fever. Like throat pain, body pains, joint pains or urinary pain.
Do you have cough? Do you have mosquitoes around, with dengue prevailing all over?
Please let me know more details about the problem.

Brief Answer:
Lab report does not suggest typhoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The lab report has to be read along with detailed history else it may vary and sometimes fail to interpret correctly.
This report which you typed does not suggest typhoid specifically though the titres were positive, they can be false.
Antibiotic injections may not be needed but you can take oral tablets.
This is not serious but you can repeat the widal test after three days and see if the titres are increasing.
