What Do My Blood Test Results Indicate?

Question: Hi my son who is 22 months old have blood report having polymorphs 28% and lymphocytes 61%.i am worried all normal or not.other parameters haemoglobin 11.9%,tlc 8600/cmm3 .monocytes 8% , eosinophils 3%,total RBC 4.74mil/mm3, mcv 78fl, much 25 of,rdw 13%,mchc 32.2 g/dl

Was this done because of some infections or fever? The total leucocyte count is normal. The lymphocyte percentage is high which can be there normally in small children.
So if he is otherwise fine, I would not worry too much. In the blood report, we just need to rule out presence of any atypical cells. This should be mentioned in the report.
