Brief Answer:
Dyslipidaemia according to the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your reports show dyslipidaemia.
Total cholesterol level is high. It should be ideally kept below 5.18.
LDL is above optimal. Ideally it should be kept below 2.59.
Triglycerides is high. It should be kept below 1.70.
In this most prominent is high triglycerides level. This can be due to high intake of sweets , foods containing trans fats like foods with margarine , chips , cakes etc. High fine carbohydrate intake also cause this. So avoid such items. Get 1 hour of proper exercise daily like jogging or walking in 8 km per hour speed. Take whole grain foods instead of refined foods. Take vegetable salads and citrus fruits in your diet. Take low calorie and high fiber diet during night time . Also make your dinner early.
Check your cholesterol after 1 month again after taking all these measures. If still high then you can take medications like statins in lower dose.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
