Hi Doctor. Thank you for your response. I was wondering if if i switched from Cymbalta to a different anti-depressant, is it possible that i could have an increased chance of impregnation? If so, are there specific anti-depressants that do not cause the impact on sperm quantity and quality that Cymbalta does? Thank you so much. XXXX

Hi,

Yes it is possible to see improvement in semen parameters if you switch from cymbalta. But this switch has to be made from your psychiatrist. He will be better to decide.
