Brief Answer:
Considering just lab, this is not so serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
considering just laboratory findings there are signs of liver damage which can be caused by many things such as alcohol, bile duct stones, vital hepatitis or some medications. However, all findings are slightly elevated so this should not be significant liver disease and if he has no symptoms then he is able to travel. for complete evaluation he should do ultrasound or ct scan and if there is no jaundice, bile duct obstruction or signs of infection then it is safe to travel. Wish you good health. Regards
