Brief Answer:
Treating hypothyroidism would be the first priority

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details that you have provided. I understand your concerns. Hypothyroidism is a known cause of unexplained miscarriages and you definitely need to take Eltroxin 50 on regular basis. If you are already taking Eltroxin 50, then the dose needs to be increased to 75 daily. It is safe to take this as well as the other medicines mentioned and I do not expect any significant side effects now or in the future. You should continue to take Eltroxin and dose reduction should be done only after TSH level drops below 2.5. In my opinion, you should get a hysterosalpingogram done (if not done already) to find out any anatomical cause that could predispose you to missed miscarriages.

Kindly remain under the follow up of your gynecologist and your physician. I do not any other specific suggestions for the moment.

Regards
