Brief Answer:
You may need FSH and LH estimation due to low testosterone level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your findings in detail.
Your findings suggests mildly raised uric acid and TSH level and marginally raised RBC count.Basophil is marginally low.
Iron and testosterone level are mildly low.

Your problem like low testosterone and non alcoholic fatty liver may be related to obesity.
You should rigorously try to reduce your weight and go for brisk walk regularly.
Avoid saturated fat and take lot of fibers in your diet.
Your condition can be managed by diet and life style changes.

You should avoid food that increases uric acid like red meat, peas etc.
You can take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables etc.

You may need evaluation for hypothyroid symptoms. If indicated you may need eltroxin tablet 25 micrograms daily.Free T4 hormone should also be estimated.

You may need clinical examination and other tests like FSH,LH due to low testosterone level.
You may need testosterone therapy after complete evaluation.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
