What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

I have been taking EKG, while resting, and 24 hrs. and a ultrasound. My heart is fine according to cardiologist. Bloodwork is also okay. Bloodpressure is constantly low though, and I do have some irregular heartbeat, doc says its not harmfull in any way. But the thing is I havent had what I find scary when I have an EKG on me. It feels weird. I definately can feel that by for instance pressuring under the ribs, I get a unwell feeling in the heart. Like, almost get nausious by pressing fingers upwards under the ribs on the left side. If I kinda press fingers there, and "snap" the rib, it almost feels good after releasing it. I also can feel like the heart "reacts" on sudden movement with my upper body, and I do get this weird buzzing sensation between two ribs where doc says the heart tip is. I can also have unwell feeling in the chest by lying on back and stretching. Its hard to explain. Its like a constant small amount of butterflies in the stomach, but in the left side of chest. In addition I get winded easily, cant spin more than once on a chair before getting dizzy, and when I get winded, my arms from albow down are like concrete and heavy.
Can it be that the two diffrent cardiologists missed something and theres something really wrong? Can it be other things, like vitamin lacking or stuff like that?
Its really making my life shit.
Sorry for the bad english. Am from norway. Please ask if anything is unclear!

Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I went carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related. The performed cardiac tests are another argument in favor of this fact.
POTS is a disorder affecting the autonomic nervous system, which causes an increase in your heart rate of 30bpm or more when standing up from sitting position. It is associated with symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc. while standing up.
In your clinical situation, I think that this disorder would be less probable.
It is important to investigate for other possible causes that may mimic this clinical scenario:
-thyroid dysfunction, could be related to ectopic heart beats and paresthesia (abnormal feelings in different parts of the body)
-inflammation (costochondritis) which could be the cause of chest pain at this region. A musculo skeletal disorder could be explained from the modulation by pressing on this region.
-a gastric disorder, like gastroesophageal reflux or gastritis, which could be related to chest pain while pressing on this region
-an electrolyte imbalance could cause a similar symptomatology
-orthostatic hypotension could explain the dizziness when standing up.
-a backbone disorder (in the cervical spine levels)could explain the episodes of dizziness and the feelings in your arms.
-anxiety should also be taken into consideration, when all the tests result normal, because it may cause all of your symptoms.
I recommend performing some tests:
-chest X ray study
-a cervico-thoracic spinal column X ray study to investigate for possible back bone disorder
-a head up tilt test to investigate for possible orthostatic intolerance
-blood lab tests (PCR, sedimentation rate, complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, kidney and liver function tests).
A fibrogastroscopy would be helpful in excluding a possible gastroesophageal disorder.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

I forgot to mention the feeling that it feels like my heart is too big for my ribs- it feels like its touching the ribcage, or something is touching the heart, making it feel just "funny". It also has a tightening feeling "over the heart" on the left side. Just doesnt feel right..Especially for instance when I am driving (sitting down), or crouching down, sitting upright in the sofa. Feels like I am putting pressure on the heart then- that its not enough room for it, and its on the verge of going in to an rythm disorder or something.
I would explain as follows:

Hello again!
I would reassure you that your symptoms are cardiac related. The heart has not that kind of sensors to create such a feeling. If that was true, the first thing to be noticed would be a cardiac arrhythmia, changes in the vital signs, etc, created by the pressure on the heart muscles. But that is not happening to you! Your performed cardiac tests have excluded any cardiac arrhythmia.
So relax and do not worry about it!
You should know that the nerves which originate from that region of the chest are responsible for innervation of different structures such as the muscles, the ribs, the soft tissues, the lungs, the stomach, etc. and they all converge in a small region in the spinal column. That is why the pain is ofter misunderstood, as it is also caused an irradiating pain. It is not specific for any organ, and a careful differential diagnosis should be done.
I recommend performing those tests I mentioned before.
If all the above mentioned tests result normal, anxiety would remain the most probable cause of your symptomatology.
Hope to have been helpful!

And because I have a relatively low bloodpressure (i think 100/65 at times), it makes it worse since that makes me a little dizzy. I hope that nothings wrong and that the ultasound, EKG would tell if the heart was bad.
Thank you very much, hope it is okay if I was to ask again later.
Oh, and movement with my upper body, like turning, breathing suddenly deeply, or jumping etc, does create extra cystoles. But guess that isnt dangerous or un normal either?
Thanx!

Hello again!
You should know that psychological and physical stress (physical activity) increase the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, leading to an increased heart rate and ectopic heart beats.
This happens in all healthy individuals and there is nothing to worry about.
As you suffer from a low blood pressure, a head up tilt test would be necessary to investigate for possible orthostatic hypotension, which would explain the dizziness while standing up from sitting position.
I am at your disposal for any other questions whenever you need.
You can ask me directly at any time if you will have any other uncertainties.
Best regards!

I will surely ask again, as soon as I can describe symptoms etc. I will use these answers from you when I see my doctor next time, and it just might help him helping me out of this state. Thank you sir.
You are welcome!

Just a quick one:
Does clogged arteries, or if an arterie/vein is obstrucked in some way, give low bloodpressure? Or will it give high pressure?
I have talked about the weird feelings in the heart region before, and today I noticed that at some positions, my pulse could be felt from the heart left side all the way up towards my shoulder, like if you take a garden hose and squeeze it a little to get a stronger squirt of water. Understand? Sorry for the bad explanation. Feels like "bzzzzzzzzt" Bzzzzzzt" for each heart beat/pulse. And it is the pulse- I checked that. Can it be something putting pressure on a vein? Can that be reason for my low bloodpressure?
Thanks
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I would like to explain that your symptoms are not related to any blood vessel clot or obstruction.
You should know that this would be a serious medical condition, during which other signs would be present like shortness of breath, high intensity chest pain, extreme changes in blood pressure (high blood pressure initially, followed by low blood pressure), etc. This would be a medical emergency and you would not be quietly at home, just changing your body position.
From the other hand you should know that when you feel the pulse, it means that there is blood flow in the vessels, which means that there is no occlusion or blood clot.
It is normal to feel your heart beat in some parts of the body. This is more common in sensitive persons, tall and elegant persons and orthostatic intolerance (which leads to changes in your blood pressure and heart rate during change of position).
Anyway, coming to this point it is important to perform a head up tilt test and thyroid function tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Sorry for the delay in the answer! Just a busy day!
Kind regards!
