Brief Answer:
Reports seesm to be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hai,

Thanks for consulting us.

I had gone through the report.
As per the report your calcium level in blood seems to mildly less from the normal. But it is not clinically significant.
You hemoglobin level is normal. Nothing to worry about your iron.
Cholesterol level remains normal.

As your lipid profile says your HDL –High density protein is less compared to normal. HDL is a good cholesterol. HDL in the higher level influence healthier heart You need to take good quality oil such as unsaturated oil in your food. Avoid junk, trans fat and high fat contain food.
Add more fiber food like okra, green leaf vegetables and fruits in your daily intake.

It is not an alarming one for you but diet modification and lifestyle management will help to set right your lipid profile.

As your Vitamin D is Insufficient. You can take vitamin D supplement. However there is no dietary source for Vitamin D. only source is sunlight. Try to stand under sunlight (directly) for 30 minutes daily will help to increase your vitamin d.
add calcium and vitamin d are interrelated for bone density and metabolism try to take more milk and milk products and spinach to get more calcium. Vitamin D tablet and powder are available in market. You take take it.

However all reports should be correlated with your signs and symptoms for further assessment.
