Brief Answer:
D3 and HDL levels are low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached reports. Your Vitamin D3 levels are on a lower side and HDL levels are also lower than normal. Rest of the values are almost normal and are not worrisome.
The low levels of Vitamin D 3 can cause dizziness, fatigue and bone or joint pain. Proper supplements will help in restoring the normal levels. You can get the supplements prescribed from your physician.
The lower HDL levels can be increased by a diet control and doing a regular exercise. Mild dietary modifications will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Start with Vitamin D3 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You need to get Vitamin D3 sachets of 60,000 IU prescribed from your physician. These need to be taken once a week with milk for at least 8 weeks.
Hope my answer is helpful.
