Brief Answer:
Symptoms can occur to anybody, not necessarily be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

All your symptoms including fever, head ache and urinary tract infection are not specific for HIV and can occur to anybody at anytime (including after a sexual contact). Only the blood test for HIV can either confirm or rule out HIV, as you had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a risky person? Guessing the probablity would increase your mental tension.
As your exposure dated back 4 months back, your test by now would be confirmatory and the result will rule out HIV. Wait till the result comes.

Brief Answer:
It is certain that you are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
All the girls or sex workers are not HIV positive individuals. All the exposures are not necessarily infectious.
Anyway your HIV ELISA came negative 4 months after the exposure and it is a very much conclusive report. Now you are free from both HIV 1 and 2 infection. Congratulations and now you can relax, forget about that incident and continue your routine. Best Wishes.

Brief Answer:
Aciclovir would not interefere with antibody formation against HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Aciclovir has no effect on HIV. So Acyclovir taken by you would not have any effect on your result.
It is conclusive that you are free from HIV infection.
