What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?
Question: Hi I am currently trying to get pregnant. I am currently on Day 54 with no period.
My cycles go like this:
SEPTEMBER 2015
4th September – 8th September (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 11th August – 3rd September = 24 days
SEPTEMBER 2015
30th September – 4th October (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 4th September – 29th September = 26 days
OCTOBER 2015
23rd October – 27th October (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 30th September – 22nd October = 24 days
NOVEMBER 2015
25th November – 29th November (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 23rd October – 24th November = 32 days
DECEMBER 2015
21st December – 25th December (5 days bleeding)
Cycle 25th November – 24th December = 29 days
On Day 34 of this current cycle I did get positive ovulation tests and I have still not come on. I am so worried what is wrong. Many thanks in advance for your help

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your ultrasound and blood reports are normal and there is nothing to worry.
Ovulation occurs in this cycle and changes seen in ultrasound are suggestive of the same.
So you should wait for your period which may occur in next one or two weeks.
Get your HCG testing and husband semen analysis if you are trying to conceive.
Irregular periods could be due to so many causes.
Your vitamin D3 level is low so you should start tab Lumia after consulting your treating doctor.

Hello,
First of all ultrasound is not a right test to see egg quality for which you have to go for hormonal testing and in your case that is normal.
You can take folic acid tablet daily but there is as such no medicine which can change egg shape.

Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
Actually egg shape can only be judged after removal from ovary and fertility usually depends upon two factors-
1) If the egg contains good quality chromosome or not.
2) Whether it is able to combine with chromosome or not.
So as such shape is not the only criteria as any case unlike sperm.
With advanced age fertility may get decreased.
It is only a shape of follicle within which the egg grows and matures. It doesn't in any way influence the quality of egg.

If I have 4 rggs on one ovary and 7 on another does it change each cycle or this how many eggs I have in total
