Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification is the First priority..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Well I've gone through all those reports of yours and at first let me assure you that there's nothing major to be concerned , so please relax. I believe you must've gone through them during your routine health check up (let me know if otherwise).

You're Lipid profile , particularly LDL is borderline high while the HDL is slightly on the lower side. The triglyceride and cholesterol is otherwise within normal range.

Now this needs a few lifestyle modification as at your age(30 yr) without any prior history of significant medical illness, it can be well controlled with these only.

If you're vegetarian you need to restrict the intake of Paneer , Cheese , Butter , clarified butter like substances while try to increase intake of Sunflower oil,Olive oil , Omega 3 Fatty Acid like substances .

If You're non vegetarian then please reduce the intake of red meat and try the lean meat portions in Fish, chicken and Eggs too.

Also try to avoid Fast foods at the maximum. Keep restriction in the intake of junk and deep fried foods also.

Please remember that almost all processed foods(Pizza, burger, chillies, burritoes , hot dogs -all of them contains an alarming number of cheese , refined flour and other substances potentially harmful for early onset Non Alcoholic Fatty liver in Asian Population).

I wouldn't be too concerned about the MCHC part , as with dietary and life style modification , it'll gradually subside. Do include Almonds, walnuts , sunflower seeds , soybean in your daily diet.

Also remember to drink a lot of water (preferrably at least 10 glass per day) as water is the best cleanser for toxins till date. Also it helps to boost up body's metabolism to a great extent.

You need to take a repeat sampling test of the lipid profile after 3-4 months , it'll give us the clearer picture that how your body's dealing with these changes.

Also try to adopt a healthy life style, 3-4 courses of healthy home cooked meals , daily at least 30 min of exercises, lot of green vegetables and fruits in the diet, adequate 7-8 hrs of sleep per day , avoidance of smoking and alcohol, indulging into creative activities and you'll definitely feel better.

Let me know if I can guide you further.

Take care
Regards

Brief Answer:
You don't have any Liver Infection..Relax..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back.

Let me assure you at first that you don't have any liver infection, I think you're confusing it with lipid profile , so please be relaxed.

Here we are discussing about Early onset(at younger age group like yours) Non-Alcoholic (in persons who don't consume alcohol) Fatty Liver Disease (Deposition of Fat globules in side the liver cells). It's not infection . It's part hereditary and partly due to sedentary urban lifestyle .

It's a curable condition when detected early. So please don't panic . You're absolutely safe. Just follow my advises as given in the previous answer and you'll be fine.

Later on, after 3-4 months, just repeat the Lipid Profile and a Check USG of the abdomen to be assured.

Take Care
Stay healthy.

Brief Answer:
Processed food is the culprit....

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back..

I've already seen each and every report of yours including the SGPT. Also if you go back to my very first reply you can find the section where I've advised you stay away from Fast food and junk food while mentioning about Early onset NAFLD(Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) .

So please follow all the advises given already and you'll be better.

Repeat the Lipid profile along with Liver function test and a Check USG Abdomen after another 3-4 months to be assured.

Don't worry as stress will adversely interact with the hormonal regulation of the body causing nothing but more anxiety and irregularity .

Feel relaxed , indulge into a healthy life style , avoid the things already mentioned and remember to drink a lot of water as hydration is reajjy important in this context.

Involve into hobbies like painting, reading, listening music, movies or whatever you like to do including a minimum 30 min of daily exercise (jogging, cardio like things) .

Move ahead with you life, just relax.

You can get back to me anytime later on with any further queries.

Best regards.
