What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Thanks for the help.

follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX welcome back to HCM..
I've reviewed all of your reports and let me assure you that almost all of them are within normal limits only, so nothing to worry..
Let me inform you firstly, that PSA level is not needed to be checked at this age and it can only checked after 50 yrs of age..
Secondly , your Eosinophil level was a bit higher side, so please let me know if you had any cough/cold/allergy problems in recent past(or any other medical problem if you had)..
The HDL level is on the lower side(Borderline) but I don't think you'll needing any supplementations for them at this moment and try to modify the diet plan to increase it naturally..
Include an Apple everyday , almonds and walnuts, also try to have fish in your diet plans - all these will help , however you may contact a dietitian for a complete diet chart in this regard..
Daily 30 min of exercise is also of quite importance so start now on(if you're not yet doing)..
With all these, you'll be fine (please try to avoid smoking and alcohol if you do)..
Take Care
Regards

Regarding question related to increased Eosinophil level, I had cold, sore throat (difficulty/pain while swallowing) and little swelling on tonsils in January this year only and it went on for 2-3 weeks. You can refer to a question asked in healthcaremagic portal concerning that during that time.
Also, last year I had allergy with pollen (for the first time) that caused running nose, watery eyes.
Please advise.
Thanks, XXXXXXX
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX welcome back,
Thanks for following up..
Yes I've reviewed the previous question and it seemed like a viral influenza attack along side pharyngitis ..
Now I believe you're cured from that attack..
Well allergy for the first time makes our immune system exposed to the offending agents and thus gain memory to fight back, so not to worry too much about them also..
In another word if you're healthy, physically fit , no bowel problems, not getting on-off cold or allergic symptoms , then I'd advice you not to chase that single isolated report of Eosinophil and perhaps recheck it after another 3 months along with Absolute Eosinophil Count (please ensure next time that you've spend a complete symptomless period before checking the levels , else it'll again show false positive reports..)
Meanwhile follow all those advises which I've already given in my previous reply and try not to drink any outside water(preferably drink mineral water)..
Take Care
Kind Regards
