I have read your reports. They are suggesting few diverse health problems.
Your CBC is suggestive of small RBCs which are mostly due to Iron deficiency. Your lipid profile is deranged, cholesterol is high while good cholesterol is low. Your vitamin D is also low.
You should get serum Iron, ferritin, TIBC levels and peripheral blood smear for knowing the reason behind small sized RBCs.
You should reduce weight and decrease fried foods in the diet and do regular exercises to overcome bad cholesterol.
Lastly increase sun exposure for gaining vitamin D naturally and visit local physician to get prescribed vitamind D supplement regimen.
