Brief Answer:
Reports examined, suggestions below

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
I have gone through the attached reports.
Let me brief you point by point:-
- Liver enzymes- AST and ALT are elevated. This is a common finding. I suggest him to stop drinking alcohol, if he has the habit. Repeat the liver function test after 3 months and check values. If values are still high, then he can be investigated further.
- Low Vitamin D levels are seen. For this, he may take tablet Vitamin D3 5000 IU dosage, one tablet once a week for 4 weeks.
- Cholesterol levels are quite high. He needs to do lifestyle modification like fatty diet restriction, weight loss and regular exercise. He needs to also start with statin and fenofibrate combination tablet once a day.
- He has raised TSH levels which means he has underactive thyroid- hypothyroidism. He needs to start on thyroxine tablets after consultation with doctor.
If you have further doubts/ clarifications, you may get back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia
