What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?
Question: Question for any these doctors.. because they already know the history. Dr. Albana Sejdini /Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar/Dr. Rovena Murati
i have attached my test reports of sugar level and cholestrol level. looks normal. but dr i have some questions and i hope u will give satisfactory answers.
as i discused before i was having a slight chest pain.. and now i have not observed from some days.
in this forum i have discuses near about 2 month back about blood in phlegm .. that finished automaticaly in 2 days. i think and now its near about 2 month but i have not received any blood in phelgm .not even very small amount. but sir i still i have a very little phelgm in throat. i dont cough now days means coughing near about finsihed or very less. but my main fear is about that blood. because i know that bloos in phlegm is also the sign of HIV infection. thats why i am asking about that. because phlegm is still not going to finish. and all of such symptoms that comes with time give me fear.
if i write all in some lines, i can tell u what i have with time to time. and you can tell me clearly or in a much better way that i how much is the chance of hiv
1) after some days of that bad expericen of protected sex which i have 2 years back i receive flue.. but flue i have before that incident too.
2) after 1 month my stomach was distrubed. and doctor told me i have GERD and heart burn. and aslo diahrea for some days.
3) A muscle twitching start after near about 2 months.. that comes and goes but still i feel sometimes. its real i can feel muscle movement
4) after 8 month i found a rash in my right arm. that finished in 3 days.
5) my stomach remains disturbed (stomach gass, soft stool , not like diahrea), doctor told me i have IBS etc.. this continue ..
6) i dont have major weight loss, but when the first time my stomach distrubed,my weight was reduced but after weeks its again normal. now i have same like before weight.
7) after near about 22 month , a diahrrea started that remains for some day
8) and after 24 month i receive flue , that gives me blood in phlegm too. thats the biggest fear i have ever in my life. because it was a clear symptom of hiv. and after that blood finished in 2 or 3 days... and after 20 days again came. but again for only 2 days.. and now from last 2 month i have not received blood in phlegm.. doctor i hope u will give me a detailed answer. same like before. thanks

one thing that i forget to describe was mouth sore that i faced also , after 4 or 5 month . and after that one more near about 11 month.. and then i have not observed from last one year.. but last month one more .. but all of these finshed in 2 or 3 days.

Well hemoptysis (blood in sputum) can be seen in normal person without hiv infection.
Most common cause for hemoptysis is bronchitis.
And bronchitis is common after viral URTI like cold or flu.

sir i dont feel any chest pain or any type of tightness during that time. means i was having a flue with too much cough and phlegum ,and this blood comes for 2 days in morning. now sometimes i feel a slight chest pain.( which i have not felt from one week now).

i have not done chest xray.. because its was finished in 2 days and also i did not feel any pain. thats why i have not chest xray.
when phlegm start its color was grenish.. then after one week i received a blood like phlegm in morning.. dark red. but it was not black. and the i have it in morning only .. rest of the day it was normal. no blood. next day i found less blood and third day it was just a small dots of blood .. and after that i have not received blood in phlegm from near about 2 month. infact i have not faced such thing before in my life thats why i was relating such things with hiv.

fear is about hiv not from test. i also know risk is less in one time protected sex in whole life. but all of my symptoms are related to hiv. thats why i am in a fear.

no oral sex done.. only protected viginal sex with condom and hand stimulation done at that time.

no sir u can ask any question. i want to say that i have done insertive viginal protected sex. and before that she stimulate my penis with his hand. we hav not done any oral activity
