Brief Answer:
Epi Retinal Membrane

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Health Care Magic.

OCT examination of your right eye suggest that you have a disease known as Epi-retinal Membrane or Macular Pucker, correctly diagnosed by your eye doctor.

This disease involves the formation of a membrane over the retina and requires surgical removal.

Though the visual improvement following the surgery is variable, it is the only treatment available as of now and it will not resolve spontaneously or with any medication.

You vision is 6/24 already and you can go ahead with the surgery.

Please get back to me if you have any further queries.
