Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing again
I had gone through your report
According her report she has soft calculus / sludge ball in GB neck measuring 10x7 mm without cholecystitis.
So treatment for gallstones are Non surgical and surgical.
1 Non surgical includes Medication
If your wife not willing to getdone surgery or is she is not fit for surgery, she can go for medications like chenodiol (Chenix), ursodiol (Actigall), or both. These drugs work by dissolving cholesterol stones. Mild diarrhea can be a side effect.
Surgery
Many people with gallstones get surgery to take out the gallbladder. There are two different kinds of operations.
1 Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This is the more common procedure.
2 Open cholecystectomy.
If you are asking me the opinion regarding treatment, i will suggest you tp take your wife for surgery.ie Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
