Brief Answer:
tests to find out source of bleeding and possible spread of cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome to HCM. XXXXXXX Al hamdilullah. As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your father,Mr.XXXX is on the right treatment for his age.
The PSA is elevated, suggestive of a spread in the bone parts.
Hematuria is suggestive of bleeding into some part of the urinary area.
It may be from anywhere in the urinary tract, kidney to penis.

So he would need to do the following,,to know the source of bleeding :
1.urine culture.
2. A CT-IVU or a MRU.
3. A whole body isotope bone scan.

According to the reports, further treatment can be advised.
The reports to be shown to an Urologist locally,or send them here, for opinion.
Wishing him well.
