Hi.
Thank for your query and concerns about your Mother.

To answer your queries specifically:
- I want to know what are the Reasons of Getting Stones inside Gall Balder, what food habits, what Life style . My Mother and Father Both are having stones inside Gall Balder, They regularly used Packed Milk , Curd and milk related products.
> The function of the gall bladder is to collect the bile produced by the liver which is about half to one liter and make it concentrated to about 30-50 ml. This stored bile is released by the gall bladder into the duodenum when the food gets released from the stomach into duodenum.
Since there is concentration, there is always a chance of stone formation.
If there is imbalance between the bile salts, pigments and cholesterol, it can lead to stone formation.
Infection from typhoid and such things were believed once to for a nidus on which the stones develop.
Why the bile stone form is not exactly known in spite of the research still going on.
Taking too much dairy or certain foods and beverages are not known to cause or increase the incidence of gall stone formation.

- Please suggest me how stones come in gal balder and how can Removed with Food habits ,
> As just explained above in details it is not known why and how the gall stones form. It can not be removed by any food habit changes.

- Also suggest me what to Eat and what Not to Eat to avoid Stones in Gall balder
> There are no proven studies about any foods causing or not causing gall stones, hence there is no guideline for avoiding the gall stones. You can practically eat whatever suits you. If someone has suggested you about specific foods or beverages you may follow the advise but there is no such relations known or studied in medical terms.

- how it is different from stones of Kidney?
As per the constituents of the bile and urine.
The bile stones are mainly of cholesterol while the urinary stones are mainly of calcium. Stones form at other places in the body for example salivary glands.

The gall stones one formed are better operated to avoid the complications. In gall stones the gall bladder is removed so that further stone formation is avoided.

Brief Answer:
only to avoid oily foods

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your additional queries.
The only restriction is oily and fried foods as there will not be any gall bladder to store and concentrate to act upon on food reaching duodenum.
After Laparascopic Cholecystectomy there will no restrictions as there will be few small incisions. There can be normal routine life once she recovers from surgery.
There are no things that she can not do.
Ideally she may not face any changes.
Laparoscopy has changed the post- operative scenario. Early mobility. Least sequel and complications. Early normal life.

I hope this answers your queries, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communications.
