Brief Answer:
Please upload reports
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Can you please upload her reports especially of endoscopy so that I can advise you better.
In general IUI is cleaning if male semen and putting the same in female uterus and IVF means taking out eggs of female out of female body and making them meet with sperms via various methods and then putting the formed small baby inside female.
IVF is a costly and cumbersome procedure and IUI is simple and relatively much cheaper procedure.
All the best

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
IVF is the best option
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, sorry for the delay in response.
I have seen the attached reports and sad to inform that your doctor is right in offering you IVF (test tube baby) as at her age (38 years) with severe endometriosis best chance of baby is via IVF only.
IUI can lead to pregnancy but chances are not more than 5-6 % and chances of natural pregnancy are not more than 1-2%.
So in my opinion opt for IVF as soon as possible so as to have best chance of conception.
I basically practice infertility so in case you have any other question please feel free to ask.

Mam as per your opinion, i checked two more doctor, one suggest me IVF and one suggest for IUI. Please check attached updated report. I dont want to be foolish so please advice who is better?
Brief Answer:
IVF is a much better option
Detailed Answer:
No dear, at your age and stage of your disease I would suggest IVF as first option if money is not an issue.,
IUI will yield poor results at your age and especially when ovaries and tubes have had documented problems.
IVF will offer best success rate and is the top option for you.
I have seen the updated report and it seems you are opting for IUI in this cycle.
There is no harm in one IUI cycle but it can only add to extra expenditure of money and emotions with minimal success rates.
