Brief Answer:
Major findings may indicate urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
Sorry for replying late,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
I am also aware of your previous queries,

Your wife reports doesn't indicate serious findings.
Major findings may indicate urinary tract infection.
She may need culture and sensitivity of urine and she may also need antibiotics.
I suggest my patient's to drink lot of water.

Her bilirubin is also raised. It is good that other parameters like SGPT etc are normal.
Bilirubin may be normally raised in some genetically predisposed persons.

Besides diabetes mellitus, ketones in urine may be due to many other reasons like fasting etc.
She may need follow up test for ketones.

She may also need ultrasound of abdomen.

Other findings are almost normal.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
Dr. Indu XXXXXXX
