Said it is LPR and my anxiety .
Since them i havs had multiple issues that come and go buf more so present now. I keep thinking i have lung cancef or esphogas (sp) cancer or some sort of cancer
Daily i feel fressure bwtween my breast and have a feeling i cannf take a deep breath. Sometimes it is lower where my diaphram is. I constantly think about breathing which may make it worst, i dont know.
I feel like my breathing may be more shallowed. Sometimes swallowing can be difficult and i panic of my throat closing. My main concern is breathing and the pressure in middle chest. I am able to work out with no increasing issues. I feel i may have general anxiety disorder bit not diagnosed. When i look online it shows cancer and heart disease so now i am panicing. If i press between my breat somewhat hard i feel a little tenderness but it feels good to press on it - if thet makes sense. I feel like my breathing ingeneral is all messed up. Any insight ?? Please help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your breathing disorder is a hyperventilation. You have air hunger a feeling of not getting sufficient breath and you try to take more and more shallow breathing.
You also have a panic disorder with which is anxiety associated.
You should learn to relax. Eat wholesome food, exercise at 30 minutes a day and practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga.
If these are not sufficient you can discuss with your doctor regarding anxiety reducing medications.
Do get back to me if you have further query.

Answered by Dr. Noble Zachariah (39 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Likely from hyperventilation

Detailed Answer:
The chest pressure is likely to be from the effort you take to breath more due to the air hunger you have.
Try to be calm and you can also try breathing in and out from a paper bag.
Relax and you would be fine.
Wish you good health and a great day
