What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?
I have recently had a CBC blood test done, echocardiogram, and chest X-ray and nothing found. But to be honest I really didn't mention that breathing to any of the doctor except heart doc.
I also seem to be getting more colds than usual this year.
Is this truly just me being that out of shape?

If you are a smoker then we should rule out bronchitis.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, over weight and obesity can cause breathing problems.
But if you are a smoker then we should definitely rule out bronchitis first.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
Even if you are not a smoker, bronchitis is a possibility for your breathing difficulty.
If PFT is also normal then obesity is the likely cause for your symptoms.
So please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Your height
3. Your weight.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
2. 5'10"
3. 220lbs
I just seen to get out of breathe easy not struggling to breathe.
Better to first get done PFT.

It's good that you are not a smoker.
But still we should first rule out bronchitis.
So get done PFT first.
I have calculated your BMI (body mass index).
It comes around 43-44. This is considered as very high and by classification you comes under morbid obesity.
So if PFT is normal, morbid obesity can be the cause for your symptoms. So consult good dietician and trainer and start working hard for weight loss.
