Brief Answer:
Respected Shobhna, hi no stressful issue presently, kindly provide details.

Detailed Answer:
Respected Shobhna ,hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* SGPT & SGOT are markers of Liver function by enlarge but not totally.
* Elevated levels are found in so many conditions .
So interpretation depends upon entire clinical evaluation of individual only.
- increased levels unexpectedly encountered on routine blood screening
where there may be unnoticed underlying factors as -- fatty liver -- alcohol
abuse -- diabetes -- obesity .
- hepatitis / cirrhosis .
- cholesterol lowering agents like rosuvastatin etc.
- without any liver problem like muscle damage issue .
*In your case, presently I suggest not to panic more , just provide me further
details as per below to correlate things in more precise manner please :
1. current symptoms if any .
2. current weight with recent change if noted .
3. diet pattern .
4. alcohol / other abuse .
5. XXXXXXX is herb , are you taking any allopathic medicine for cholesterol ?
6. scanned reports as an attachment .
7. any other information you would like to share .
Hope this clears your doubts.
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist you.
Awaiting for your details .

Brief Answer:
Respected Shobhna,withheld rosuvastatin,get Ultrasound Abdomen,Pelvis

Detailed Answer:
Respected xxxxxa,
hi I undergone through all reports attached .

* Elevated levels of SGPT , SGOT , GGT are mostly related to rosuvastatin
intake ; not that much alarming to be stressed out.

* Guidelines for you :
@ temporarily stop rosuvastatin intake , continue thyronorm .
@ get an Ultrasonography of Abdomen & pelvis done for liver evaluation .
@ don`t stess out / avoid anxiety .
@ maintain hydration by plenty of liquids .
@ avoid more oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / junk foods presently.
@ red yeast rice should be avoided (Increase risk of muscle / liver problems in
patients consuming rosuvastatin)

- Welcome for any further queries.
Regards.
