Brief Answer:
You ecg is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking your query on this forum.
Have seen your ecg.
They are all normal.
Its in sinus rythm.
R wave progression is normal.
No indication of atrial or ventricular hypertrophy or dilatation seen.
Summary
Ecg is normal.
However as your presenting complaint is breathlessness the most important test for you is 2d echo.If echo is normal that means that breathlessness is not related to your heart.
Ecg is one of the basic tests of cardiology and has very less significance in patients presenting with off and on breathlessness a Pulmonary function test should also be done to rule out respiratory involvement.
Thanks.
