Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
I had gone through your question and reports you have attached with this, very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Looking at your detailed description and reports, you have high ESR, slightly raiesd lymphocyte count on DLC and red blood cells and pus cells in urine
Throat pain might be related to URTI or throat infection, dysphagia (difficulty in swallowing) or thyroid problem if it is enlarged.
Here, I would like further information to help you better
Since how long you are having this problem?
are you having running nose, fever or any difficulty in swallowing?
do you have acid reflux problem?
Your thyroid profile is under good control with thyronorm 100 mcg, so rest assured that you are taking right dosage
Irregular periods might be associated with perimenaupoasal stage, I would advise you to consult a gynaecologist for irregular periods and abnormal urine report which is suggestive of urine infection
You may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision
I would advise you to take plenty of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables
weight gain can be managed with dietary restrictions and regular physical exercise as well as yoga and meditation.
Hope I could answer your question, please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

Burping or Acid reflux can be managed with life style modification or anyiacidity medicines like ranitidine or pantoprazole with antacids.
fever and throat pain might be related to Upper respiratory tract infection which can be treated with a course of antibiotics and paracetamol.
I would advise you to do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
