Question: Hi, I have been diagnosed with adenomyotic bulky uterus with two fibroids lateral: 4.63X4.82cm & ant wall: 2.4X3.4cm uterus measuring 6.32X9,99cm. 39yr old with two kids,regular menstrual cycle but suffering from severe bleeding, pelvic and leg pain during the cycle. Also feel anemic during the periods but
recover post cycle. My doc suggested for laproscopic myomectomy +UAL appreciate the feedback.

I understand your health concern and anxiety about it.
You will have to get the fibroids removed and uterine artery embolisation done otherwise this will progress over time.
But still you can try tablet dienogest after discussion with your gynecologist.
It is to be taken daily for at least 6 months and then see the response via ultrasound.
Some patients respond very well.Regards
