What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?

Question: LAD-Type 3 vessel,mid LAD discrete 80% stenosis and LVEF 55-60%.Kindly advice me about PTCA OR CABG.No angina or breathlessness during normal daily work.I can cycling exercise cycle more than 7 minutes without any problem.Can I should continue on medication and precautions?

Any narrowing 70 % or above needs intervention
PTCA is necessary for LAD
(Bypass is not the first choice … unless there are specific issues)

Absence of symptom is no guarantee – the first symptom in a quarter of cases may be sudden death or heart attack… and the aim of the procedure is to avoid or delay that

RBBB is a pattern interpretation…
Often it is a normal variant / occasionally, it is due to right heart or conduction system (nerve)
If anything, examination and ECHOcardiogram must have clarified the issue
Most likely, it is an incidental finding … of no serious concern
The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…
