Question : Hello Dr RK. This follows my previous questions related to gastritis. I had a H pylori antibody blood test done. Results are attached with my profile. IGA was high but IGG and IGM were negative. Few years back, I had the same blood test done and it was entirely negative.
1) What does the present blood test mean for my gastritis which is not healing for 9 months.
2) Do I have H pylori infection.
3)Should I proceed with H Pylori treatment.
Thank you.
