Hello dear thanks for writing your health concerns
I have seen the attached reports and happy to inform that there is nothing to worry as of now.
Unilateral pyelectasis definitely needs to be followed and at times needs a minor surgery of bqby after delivery (But not very commonly)
I know it is very scary but it is my duty to inform you well on time and get her delivery in a good centre

Anomaly scan after 4 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Just an anomaly scan after 4 weeks with a special mention to size of pyelectasis and if that is present at all along with amout of liquor amnii
Also i would like to advise you to get a dual marker test in a couple of days
