Brief Answer:
Get semen culture and sensitivity test done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen infection.

Semen has infection. Semen culture and sensitivity test needs to be done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.

Please visit any good standard laboratory for the test.

You don't need IVF for this reason.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Brief Answer:
Continue your doctor's advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your doctor's prescribed treatment is enough. Please continue the same as it is likely to improve the semen and treat infection in semen.

Other reports are fine.

Regards.
