Brief Answer:
Angiography to schedule;healthy diet changes advis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. I have gone through your medical history carefully and noted that your Stress test resulted positive which is indicative for reduced myocardial ischemia.

Angiography is the next recommended test to exclude/determine ischemic heart disease. However, your case is not an emergency because you have an excellent functional capacity and moderate risk.

2. Taking into account your lipid profile, I'd also advise to implement some healthy changes in your diet regimen to protect your heart for possible events. Mediterranean diet is an excellent option.

Hope it was of help!

Detailed Answer:
H8 back,

If you were my patient I would recommended to start immediately aspirin and statin. This will decrease mortality and morbidity (disease severity) rates.

Wish you health!
