Brief Answer:
These are simple follicular cysts...repeat USG after 1 week

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
these two ovarian cysts seen bilaterally at present of 30mm sizes are likely to be follicular cysts, as they were not present on CT SCAN 3 weeks back, so it is likely that you have developed follicles in ovaries now in last 3 weeks which are about to rupture.
These can eb distinguished as simple follicular cysts or follicles to be precise simply with clear fluid inside, and no solid material inside the cyst. Usually ovarian cancer is a solid mass and not a cyst and even if ovarian cancer or mass is suspected an ovarian biopsy is never done else it would cause spread of cancer cells to adnexa and straight the staging would become stage 4. Hence always tumour markers are done first to rule out any ovarian cancer.
They are CA-125, CEA, BETA HCG , AFP , CA 19.9. If the tumour markers are positive then a repeat CT SCAN would be indicated followed by a PET SCAN and then further course of action in terms of surgical staging shall be decided upon with laparotomy.
So in your case these are simple follicle cysts and shall rupture in few days once the progesterone effect reduces further, and they shall not be seen after a week scan.

Brief Answer:
yes you may take.

Detailed Answer:
Yes you may ask one in next 2 weeks ideally. If the cyst is absent then it would surely be a follicular cyst and if they are still persistent ,then an increase in size would be evident and then further investigations could be done to rule out even possibility of an endometriotic cyst, which if confirmed can be laparoscopically removed.
