What Do My Urinalysis Test Results Indicate?

Question: Hi I just had a urinalysis done and some of the results are still pending according to Myehealth.ca
The results so far as follows:
Hemoglobin - A-Trace
Leukocytes - A small
WBC - 4-10
RBC 1-3
Epithial Cells - moderate.
Can you tell me if this could mean another UTI which I had a few months ago, or any other type of infection, or would I have to get the rest of the results to tell just what is going on. Just want to know if these are an indication that there is some sort of infection.

Could you let someone there know I somehow asked for the unlimited package there again, which I do not want. I just wanted todays analysis done. Sorry about that as we just straightened this out about a week ago. Could someone notify me that they have cancelled that subscription please. Many thanks, XXXXXXX
Brief Answer:
Likely UTI. Lets wait for pending results
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Urine analysis is suggestive of mild to moderate degree of urinary tract infection. But more important here will be the symptoms. If you have burning micturition or frequent urination or any other symptom like urgency or hesitancy etc then this correlation might be enough to start you on antibiotics. However its not severe so we can wait till labs which are pending come up as well. Only then with all reports available your doctor will decide what to do next. Worst case scenario will be antibiotics with some supportive care for a week maximum.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Hi XXXXXXX
The rest of the results did come in and they read as below:
Culture - 10 - 100
CFU/L mixed genital skin flora
That was the entire results as far as I know. Something I didn't tell you is that when I had an enterrococcus infection a few months ago, I also had excrutiating flank pain on left side of abdomen and doctor at hospital said I also may have passed a kidney stone.
The reason I had gone to my doctor this time is because the only symtpom was the flank pain on the left side of abdomen again, so she decided to check for any infection first I guess.
Do you think there is a chance that this could have been a kidney stone. I had this pain last Sunday again, so that was why I went to her..
I don't see anything regarding infection in the results unless you do?
Anyway, you can charge me again to answer these questions. That is O.K. with me. Thanks again, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Not UTI, likely a renal sludge
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
One question has two free follow ups so you are not charged for this follow up. Now that with history of your kidney stones passing recently, and flank pain and hematuria , i would say this is pretty much the same picture. As the culture report is not suggestive of the infection. With kidney stones in recent past, its probable that some slight sludge might have obscured the urinary tract thus giving the symptom. All you would need is supportive care, plenty of fluids and pain management and as stones are niduses for infections, no harm in getting prophylactic antibiotics.
i would suggest to get an ultrasound to rule out any large kidney stone.
I hope it helps.
