What Do Persistent Dizziness And BP Of 176/70 Indicate?

Question: My wife has been feeling dizzy for over 24 hours. She returned from overseas Wednesday morning. I've checked her blood pressure. In one arm it is 176 over 70 something and in the other 179 over 70 something. The device I am using is accurate.
