What Do Persistent Fever And Fatigue Indicate?

Question: I am having fever of 99 degrees since 3 days.weakness also.please find my report attached

I have gone through your query and reports. It looks like viral fever. I could advice you better if you could attach the rest of the reports such as complete blood count, etc.

If the platelet count is normal I would suggest you to continue symptomatic treatment by taking tab. dolo 650mg as and when required. Drink plenty of fluids to hydrate herself and adequate rest. In case her fever persists for another 2 days I would suggest you to get a blood culture done.

Thanks mam.i have attached 3 pages of report.i am not cbc is done or not.please go through all attached file.please check if it is typhoid or viral fever

All the 3 reports are the same. I would recommend you to get a complete blood count. In that we can look at the platelet count levels and rule out dengue. There is no typhoid test report. Kindly re-check and upload if there is any.
