Question: I'm four months postpartum and since pregnancy I was feeling very dizzy and dull aches in my head like sore spots shooting pains tingling I have done al the blood test which came out to be all normal. So now that I am four months postpartum I still feel dizzy which feels like confusion sometimes and other times it feels like I am on a boat. However I never had daily headaches in my life which has started recently from a week now I'm waking up with a headache which sometimes gets worse as the day goes on also I started having an ear ache. Now four months ago I have done an MRI without contrast which came normal so my question is shall I go for another MRI? Or what could this be ?

Brief Answer:
Get non contrast Mri brain with MR venography

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If previous Mri done 4 months back was normal, then possibility of a tumor is unlikely.
You should get non contrast Mri brain with venography ( non contrast).
Contrast sequence can be done later on if such a lesion is found.
