What Do Pinching Sensations On The Right Side Of The Hip After IUI Placement Indicate?

Question: hi i and an iui 14 days ago and today I took a positive pregnancy test. This evening i have some pinches around my hip but only on my right side. I felt this too a week ago. Should I be worried so I am not pregnant after all or is this normal
