What Do Presence Of Blood And Green Matter In Stool Indicate?

Needs evaluation. Likely benign but need work up
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Blood in stools need evaluation of the per rectal bleed and its likely possibilities like anal fissure, haemorrhoid etc. Stool routine exam is also advised to sort it out.
greenish and then whitish color change might be food related you took or some local pathology. Food may be passing through intestine too fast like in diarrhea etc. Other things that can cause stool to turn green are Green leafy vegetables, green food coloring, such as in flavored drink mixes or ice pops, iron supplements.
I want you to get per rectal examination and let the doctor have a look at what's going on. It could be diet related color change which is normal or could be some local pathology.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

IBD and psoriasis could be connected. Need work up and evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Now that you mentioned psoriasis , i would definitely recommend you to get evaluated for inflammatory bowel disease. Also lacking on vegetables was also not a good idea as that is causing a lack in daily fiber intake worsening these bowel symptoms.
No instead of wasting time on dermatologist i would like you to seek a gastroenterologist straight forward and let them sort it out the cause of this per rectal bleed and if need be examined and do some work up like barium follow through, barium enema, colonoscopy, colonic transit study etc.
I hope it helps.
